I guess, leadership can never be planted. It germinates. Kind of self-revelation I believe. To be honest to oneself is far important; Courage to belong to your conscience is necessary often. Because that's the best way to live by example. When one can put reasons by his actions, acceptability increases.

Je suis inspiré par la dignite que transpire les hommes dans la misere. Ils sont fiers les citoyens qui n'ont ni nourriture, ni couverture, ni voiture, ils sont fiers d'être des hommes. Je suis aussi inspiré par l'indecence des hommes qui possèdent le pouvoir de corriger certaines choses mais qui ne le font pas parce qu'ils oublient ou ignorent ce que cela veut dire avoir faim ou avoir soif. Youth involvement in community development and social change. I became aware of it at an early stage in life and what currently impresses me the most is the Ministry of Youth Affairs incorporating the ideas of a 13 year old Kenyan, Trevor Langat kibet in the budget speech. This shows that youth ideas are no longer being shunned and that our leaders are moving in the right direction in appreciating what youngsters have to offer. ( daha fazlasını okuyun)
